This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Aerovoyage provides flight ticket booking services. By requesting a booking or making a payment, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Scope of Services

Aerovoyage acts as a travel facilitation service provider specializing exclusively in flight ticket booking. We do not operate airlines and are not responsible for airline operational decisions.

All services provided are subject to the terms, conditions, and fare rules of the respective airlines.

2. Fare Quotes & Availability

• All fare quotes provided by Aerovoyage are dynamic and subject to availability until full payment is received.

• Prices may change without prior notice due to airline inventory, demand, or fare rule updates.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after ticket issuance.

3. Payments & Authorization

• Full payment must be completed to proceed with ticket issuance.

• By making a payment, the customer confirms that:

  • They are the authorized cardholder or account holder

  • They have reviewed and approved all flight details, fare, taxes, and service charges

  • They authorize Aerovoyage to process the transaction and issue tickets immediately

Payments made constitute explicit consent to proceed with booking under airline fare rules.

4. Service Fees & Appreciation Fees

• Aerovoyage may charge service, facilitation, or booking fees for research, itinerary planning, and ticket issuance.

• Any service appreciation fee or voluntary fee paid to Aerovoyage is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Service fees are independent of airline charges and are not governed by airline refund rules.

5. Ticket Issuance & Delivery

• Tickets are issued electronically and delivered via email or digital format.

• Once a ticket is issued, it is considered a completed digital service.

• Customers are responsible for verifying passenger names, travel dates, routing, and visa requirements immediately upon receipt.

6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

• All cancellations and changes are governed strictly by airline fare rules.

• Any applicable airline penalties, fare differences, or fees must be borne by the customer.

• Refund timelines depend entirely on airline processing and payment gateway policies.

• Aerovoyage is not responsible for delays caused by airlines or banks.

7. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

• By completing a payment, the customer acknowledges that:

  • The transaction is authorized

  • Services begin immediately upon payment

  • Airline tickets are non-reversible digital services

• Any dispute or chargeback raised after ticket issuance may be contested by Aerovoyage using:

  • Booking records

  • Ticket issuance proof

  • Communication history

  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in service refusal for future bookings.

8. Airline Schedule Changes & Disruptions

Aerovoyage is not liable for:

• Airline schedule changes

• Cancellations

• Overbooking

• Strikes

• Weather disruptions

• Operational delays

Any assistance provided in such cases is subject to airline policy.

9. Travel Documentation

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Valid passports

• Visas

• Transit visas

• Health requirements

• Immigration compliance

Aerovoyage shall not be held responsible for denied boarding due to documentation issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

Aerovoyage’s liability is limited strictly to the amount of service fees charged. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from airline operations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Haryana courts.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, requesting a quote, or completing payment, the customer confirms acceptance of these Booking Policy & Terms & Conditions in full.
