This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which flight ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled when booking through Aerovoyage.
By confirming a booking or making a payment, you agree to the policy outlined below.
1. General Policy
Aerovoyage acts as a booking intermediary for flight tickets.
All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed strictly by the airline’s fare rules and conditions.
Aerovoyage does not control airline refund policies or timelines.
2. Ticket Cancellations
Flight tickets can be cancelled only as per airline rules applicable to the fare purchased.
Some tickets may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp before the scheduled departure time.
Cancellation eligibility and charges are determined by the airline.
3. Refund Amount
If a ticket is refundable, the refund amount (if any) will be calculated as:
Ticket Fare – Airline Cancellation Charges – Aerovoyage Service Fee – Payment Gateway Charges (if applicable)
Aerovoyage service fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Taxes refunded (if any) depend entirely on airline rules.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed only after approval by the airline.
Typical refund timelines:
Domestic flights: 7–14 working days
International flights: 15–30 working days
Actual timelines may vary depending on the airline and payment method used.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to check in or board a flight is treated as a no-show.
Most airlines treat no-show tickets as non-refundable.
Aerovoyage service fees remain non-refundable in no-show cases.
6. Changes & Amendments
Date, route, or name changes are subject to airline fare rules.
Change fees and fare differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.
Aerovoyage may charge a service fee for processing changes.
7. Schedule Changes & Airline Cancellations
Airlines may reschedule or cancel flights due to operational reasons.
Aerovoyage will assist customers with available options provided by the airline.
Refunds or rebooking options depend solely on airline policies.
Aerovoyage is not liable for losses arising from airline schedule changes.
8. Partially Used Tickets
Refunds for partially used tickets, if permitted, are calculated by the airline.
Such refunds may take longer to process and may involve higher deductions.
9. Force Majeure Events
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions), refunds or changes will be handled strictly as per airline policies in effect at that time.
10. Important Notes
Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment only.
Currency conversion differences may apply for international payments.
Aerovoyage is not responsible for bank or gateway processing delays.
