These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Aerovoyage’s website and services. By accessing our website, requesting a booking, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Aerovoyage is an online travel agency based in India, providing flight ticket booking and travel consultancy services only.

We act solely as an intermediary between customers and airlines or authorised ticketing partners.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
You agree to comply with them in full

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Services Offered

Domestic and international flight ticket booking
Fare consultation and itinerary assistance

Aerovoyage does not provide visa, insurance, hotel, or ground transportation services unless explicitly stated.

4. Pricing & Availability

All fares are subject to availability and change until ticket issuance.
Prices are confirmed only after full payment and ticket issuance.
Aerovoyage is not responsible for fare changes before payment confirmation.

5. Payments

Full payment is required before ticket issuance.
Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
Tickets will not be issued until payment is successfully received.

Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or international transfer charges are borne by the customer.

6. Service Fees

Aerovoyage may charge a service or consultancy fee.
All service fees are non-refundable, irrespective of ticket status.
Service fees will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

7. Ticket Issuance

Tickets are issued electronically and sent via email or WhatsApp.
Customers must verify all ticket details immediately upon receipt.
Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of issuance.

Aerovoyage is not responsible for errors reported after this period.

8. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by airline fare rules.
Aerovoyage assists in processing requests but does not control airline decisions.

9. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are solely responsible for:

Valid passports and visas
Transit visa requirements
Compliance with immigration, customs, and health regulations

Aerovoyage is not liable for denied boarding or travel disruptions due to documentation issues.

10. Airline Schedule Changes & Disruptions

Airlines may change schedules, routes, or cancel flights.
Aerovoyage will inform customers when notified by the airline.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or operational disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Aerovoyage shall not be liable for:

Airline operational issues
Baggage loss or delay
Immigration or security decisions
Missed connections
Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions)

Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to the amount of service fees charged.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and branding, belongs to Aerovoyage and may not be used without prior written permission.

13. Privacy

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information.

14. Modification of Terms

Aerovoyage reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
